A library tote...

I used this Little Golden Book fabric to make a simple library tote bag. I figure it won't be too long before Henry starts bringing home his own stash of books, so this bag will help keep them corralled during their 3-week stay at our house. I can't wait to start using it!

Denise's Birthday Bag...

I started this bag (pattern found here) before Henry was born, but unfortunately, my sewing machine broke before I could finish it. Luckily, Strawberry Patches has a wonderful sewing machine repairman who fixed my problem in almost no time at all. So now, almost a month after Denise's birthday, the bag is finally finished, and I couldn't be more pleased. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DENISE! I can't wait to give it to you on Thursday.

Thank you to master seamstress, Shelly, for the topstitching help.
