New Shirt...

I made a shirt yesterday. My second from this pattern (the first shirt was posted about here). I really, really love this pattern. It fits a post-baby body perfectly :) More to come, I'm sure...hopefully soon.

Drumroll please...

...I just finished my first shirt. I love it! My teacher, Judy, taught me all sorts of cool tricks that made this shirt a quick finish. I already have fabric for shirt #2, but I think I'll do that one on my own. The pattern is Simplicity 3835 if you'd like to make one for yourself. I'd highly recommend it.

From bedspread to curtains to...

...skirt. I bought a bedspread at Urban Outfitters 3 years ago with plans to turn it into curtains for the family room. I changed my mind and turned it into this skirt instead.

It's my fourth skirt from this pattern and I love it. The seams are very imperfect and there are plenty of mistakes, but I love it just the same.
