First Day of School!
I realized recently that today was my 21st consecutive "First Day of School". 17 as a student, 1 as a student teacher, and 3 as a teacher. My annual first day picture is posted below (John conveniently changed out of his work clothes before I got home, so I do not have a picture of him on his first day of school) But maybe his second day...

how did your first day go?
My first day is Thursday. Now I will make Scott take a first day picture of me.
Yeah, I felt like a dork when John took that picture of me, our neighbor was out watering his lawn and I know he must have thought us incredibly strange...Oh well.
As far as my first day, Julie, it went well. I have 28 students, which is alot better than 30, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I'll tell you more about it later.
