Project: Pleated Tote...

This bag is the ultimate in summer accessories. It marries a perfect blend of flop & form, perfect for a late afternoon stroll on the balmy central coast beaches that many of us are familiar. The fabric was a clearance find at Beverly's, although it's aesthetic worth is much more than the $1.97/yard at which I discovered it. The pattern came from this book. It's a definite keeper. I must make another, as I already have this bag slated as a gift.
