...it was a good day, I have no complaints. 5th graders are a great age to teach. They are young enough to still love their teacher, yet old enough to tie their shoes, wipe their noses, label their papers, and manage their pencils. I think I have a good group.

You look cute on your first day of school. Where's John's first day of school picture?
Today your dad helped on our pool almost all day. (I stayed home from work to work on it). It is now empty of slime, cleaned/bleached, and refilled with clean water. The filter, pump, etc. all seem to work. Your dad helped a lot.
So cute that John takes your picture. My man wasn't even out of bed yet. At stinking 6:08. AM. When I was backing out of my garage to go to work.
Ugh.
Glad your first day went well. How many more days to go? 179 is it? Hmmm.
