John and I took Henry on his first trip to Morro Bay. We spent lots of time relaxing in Grandma Net's condo, but on Saturday we ventured south to Montana De Oro & hiked along the bluff trail which runs adjacent to the water. It was beautiful! We're kicking ourselves for not exploring it sooner.
This was Henry's first hike and he did very well. We were hoping he'd fall asleep, but apparently even at 3 1/2 months old he is not one to pass up a good view and a little exploring. By our rough calculations we figure to have walked about 6 miles. We can't wait to go back next time and try another trail!
Did I say he didn't fall asleep? What I meant was he fell asleep just as we were exiting the trail and heading for our car...crazy kid.
