We celebrated Christmas with the Penner family on December 26th. There were 31 of us present. We were missing only 3 family members this year. Jordan was in Kansas and Elijah & Sina in Cambodia, awaiting the arrival of the first child (& Henry's first boy Penner cousin!). I am lucky to have married into such a wonderful family. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves (mostly).
As usual, the great orange tree was picked by the men of the family. This orange tree is quite the producer. Year after year it amazes everyone with it's production levels. This year was no exception.
The girls played Ticket to Ride. A game that I would highly recommend.
Henry & Adrianne bonded over the fact that they were the 2009 additions to the Penner family.
The great-grandchildren (plus Charis):
And, of course, we were reminded of the reason behind our celebration when the girls sang Away in a Manger a cappella for us. So sweet.

Henry looks so jovial! I really envy that long table that just stretches between the rooms. Its the greatest!
Franz really outshone the Penner/Wiebe boys when it came to what he wore to the Christmas party. Way to dress to impress Dave.
Tis the season for sweater vests!
