Sharon, Jill, Henry, and I headed to Pismo last Friday to begin the highly anticipated beach house master bedroom remodel. Sharon acted as project coordinator, I fulfilled the roles of special consultant & seamstress, and Jill was painter & Henry-watcher extraordinaire. Bob, John, and Jay came over for one night to help too. I think we all made a great team! Sharon will post pictures of the room soon, I'm sure. It turned out perfectly!
Besides the bedroom redo, we also did some other fun things:
Henry learned how to stack rings...
We visited Avila Valley Barn, where we were reminded again of Henry's fear of animals...
We played in the Avila Park...
Despite the abundance of slides & swings, Henry was only interested in one thing...the basketball court...
His curls are my favorite...
We also visited the San Luis Obispo Children's Museum for the first time. Henry loved it! We will definitely be going back.
This is the face Henry makes when he is concentrating...
We also played on the beach, of course. Henry loved this too!

I love childrens' museums! Were going to the Denver Childrens Museum today which I STILL remember from when I was a kid!
Henry walking up to the basketball hoop is definitely my new favorite picture.
Cute pictures. Looks like fun!
Oh I'm jealous of the beach trip with Henry. I'm sad he won't be there when Ben and I are at Carpinteria.
