We spent the past 4 days at Carpinteria with my parents & Denise and Andrew. It was our finest family vacation with Henry to date! The beach entertained Henry for hours on end...it was fantastic! We finally returned from a vacation more relaxed than when we left...such a lovely feeling.
This year, we opted to camp at the Carpinteria State Park campground with Denise & Andrew, instead of bunk with my parents at the condo they rent. It worked out perfectly! (especially since we were able to shower & use the pool at my parent's place :) We spent our days at the beach, in the pool, shopping in Santa Barbara (the girls), and playing golf (the boys). It was a very fun trip, and one that is definitely going to be repeated next summer!
Because Henry found the beach to be so entertaining, I was able to take lots of pictures. I've decided to spread them out over 2 or 3 posts. Enjoy!
Grandma Gail always buys Henry animal crackers...and he loves them!...
I love this picture...
Henry's new train face. He makes it every time he hears a train whistle...
