Week 13...

13-week highlights:

• Charlie continues to be the happiest baby ever! He has his moments, of course, but overall, he is so smiley and content.
• Charlie has become quite the chatterbox lately. He coos and makes happy noises all the time. I love this!
• He loves to suck on his hands.
• We borrowed an exersaucer from John's cousin, Kristen, and started putting him in it this week. He LOVES it!
• He is wearing 12 month clothes now.
• He sleeps through the night most nights now, but sometimes he wakes up between 4:00 and 5:00. When he does this I feed him really quickly and he goes right back to sleep.
• His bedtime is pushing forward to around 9:00ish now, which is nice.
• Charlie likes to watch Henry play.
• Charlie's eczema has improved DRAMATICALLY! Yeah!!!! His diaper area is still a bit red, but it isn't "shockingly" red like it was before. He still has some reddish bumps in all of his many creases and crevices, but overall his skin feels almost perfectly smooth and it looks really clear too. I'm only applying lotion to his skin once daily (down from 3 times/day last week) which makes holding him so much more enjoyable now :)
• This week cousin Levi was born! We can't wait to watch him grow up and play with our Charlie (and Henry too).
• Charlie is such a great addition to our family. We love him so much!
