Peanut Butter Pie...

Over this Christmas Break I decided that I wanted to learn how to make a pie...not just any pie, but the famous Penner peanut butter pie. Its features include a homemade crust, peanut butter crumbles, a rich custard, and a fluffy meringue. Sharon indulged me with her pie making expertise. Today was the day that student & teacher deemed appropriate for this undertaking and the pictures below document my journey.
