Girl's trip to Pismo...

Sharon, Jill, & I journeyed to the coast this weekend as a bit of a celebration for our Spring recess from school. The timing was masterful, as John spent the same three days in an arena in Anaheim watching the NCAA basketball tournament, while Jay enjoyed at least Thursday's games with friends in Fresno. So, needless to say, our absence was hardly felt by the younger men. Our trip included the obvious, shopping in SLO and visits to the Outlet mall, as well as morning walks on the beach & lots of reading & HGTV. We ate well at Pasta Bella, Splash Cafe, Broadway Bagels, and Yogurt Creations (twice). We also enjoyed the Disney fairytale film, "Enchanted" immensely. So glad my marriage came with the added bonus of wonderful family members that I enjoy spending time with.
