I'm Christie's cousin, Angela, and I just have to confess that I'm in love with your blog. You are so dang crafty and every fabric you pick and project you make is SO cute! I, on the other hand, haven't really done anything crafty ever, BUT I've been inspired lately! I recently bought some super cute fabric from Strawberry Patches and am going to make the drag along blanket from the pattern I bought there. My mom has a sewing machine and is going to teach me how to sew! Just out of curiosity what kind of sewing machine do you have?
Greetings Angela. So glad to meet you. I've stopped by your blog a few times and think your little guy is just the cutest. As far as my sewing machine goes. I have a Viking/Husqvarna 190. It was a hand-me-down from my aunt. It needs to be adjusted, but it's fine for me for now. I'd highly recommend sewing, I've found it surprisingly easy to pick up. Do post pictures of your blanket when you're done. Good luck!
