A Bizarre Coincidence...

So, today I found out that 2 boys in my class had their appendixes (appendices?) removed. Yes, 2! Not only is it odd that I would have 2 boys come down with appendicitis, a noncoummunicable ailment, but what's even stranger is that the doctor operated on one at 9:30 pm Tuesday night, and the other at approximately 2:30 am, Wednesday morning. Same surgeon, same shift, same hospital. One surgery immediately following the next. So, now I'm down to 29 students until Spring Break. The break in numbers is nice, although I wouldn't wish appendicitis on anyone to get it.
