Today's task: Granola...
My afternoon consisted of bulk ingredients from Winco, 4 jelly roll pans, and a 300 degree oven. (Along with lots of internet browsing). The end result was, of course, granola, recipe found here,(and lots of internet inspiration :)

Haha...I'm pretty OCD & impatient myself, so inspiration I'm probably not. But, I'll make sure I read your comment out loud so he/she can know how anxious everyone is to meet him/her :)
Might I also suggest WinCo's chocolate covered raisins! WinCo is the main shopping up in Moscow, I think Luke and I ate 3 or 4 bags full. Couldnt keep em around!
