This book is changing my life. One loaf of bread at a time. If you like homemade bread, but don't have time to make it, this book is for you.
The basic idea is that you make a starter and then keep it in the refrigerator until you want to use it (within 2 weeks). When you decide to make a loaf of bread (or pizza, pita, flatbread, etc.) you cut off a 1 lb. hunk of dough, let it rest for a bit, and then bake it. Pretty easy. John and I are huge fans. We love having homemade bread dough on hand and ready for instant use.
