It almost looks like Charlie is sleeping in that first pic :) Katie -- my skin was just like Charlie's when I was a baby - a constant battle until I was 2 yrs old. It was at its worse in the heat. My mom used to smear hydrocortisone cream all over me, cover it with saran wrap, then wrap me in ace bandages. It was the only way she got it to clear up.
