Great-Grandma Donna's Easter Party...

I am horribly behind on my posting, but I'll catch up as I can.  We got home from our Spring Break Pismo trip with John's family on Wednesday afternoon and then over the next 4 days we had 4 different Easter celebrations!  Great-Grandma Donna's Easter Party was the first of the 4.  Our boys and their second cousins are so lucky to have a Great-Grandma who is still willing and able to plan an Easter party for them!

The party started with Aunt Susanne reading a book about the true meaning of Easter...

She needed a helper to pass out plastic eggs at one point and Henry got to help her, which he loved...

After the story the kids decorated paper mache eggs with paint and stickers.  My boys were not very interested.  Crafting is not a huge favorite around here...

After the egg decorating the traditional Easter line-up picture was taken.  Everyone lines up in order of age and then the parents snap lots of pictures :)  Unfortunately, Charlie would only take the picture if mom was holding him...

After the picture comes the egg hunt.  Both of the boys loved hunting for eggs this year!...

I love Charlie's chubby fingers.  They won't stay like that much longer, I'm sure...

And here's Great-Grandma Donna...

And that's it!  Fun Day.  Henry already wants Grandma Donna to have another Easter Party :)
