Morro Bay...

We took our post-basketball beach trip to Morro Bay this past weekend. And guess what we did...watched a lot of basketball! At least it was watching basketball and not participating in it :) This vacation certainly wasn't one of our finest (Henry and I got a bit sick, Charlie slept horribly, there was a huge storm that knocked out the cable for a good portion of the day (no cable = no march madness), and Charlie's mobility required us to be on our toes the entire vacation), but at least we spent time away together as a family.

John walked Charlie to sleep in the ergo since we didn't bring our stroller...


Henry loved playing with the Thomas legos...

I sewed (although not nearly as much as I wanted to :)...

I took a bunch of scraps and made a really long strand of scrappy binding...

John pulled Charlie around the room on a piece of cardboard...


I rocked the boys, sometimes one at a time and sometimes both at once...




John took the boys on walks...

And the boys crawled into the TV stand more times than we could count...



We also watched LOTS of basketball...

Maybe not our best vacation, but it was still nice to get away. You can't win 'em all.
