Halloween 2013...

This year the boys were pirates for Halloween and we had tons of fun participating in our community Halloween parade!  We turned our wagon into a pirate ship (thanks almost entirely to Grandma Sharon's help!) and Henry and Charlie even won first prize in the parade costume contest!  I think this year will always be one of my most favorite Halloweens to look back on, not only because our big boys looked so cute, but because it was Luke's first time to celebrate with us.  So fun!

There are a ton of pictures, but it's just too hard for mom to narrow them down :)

Here's what Luke did a whole lot of on Halloween...

Charlie helped us paint the sides of the boat...

Grandma Sharon and Grandpa Bob built the crows nest, sail and flag.  It turned out so cute!

This kid loves to paint his belly!

Henry helped us paint the 6 cannons (toilet paper rolls) that were attached to the sides of the boat...

Charlie DID NOT want me to take his picture at all.  Too bad mom's more stubborn than he is :)

Our littlest pirate...

I made the pirate bunting for the boys' room, but it was too perfect not to include on the ship!

Grandma Sharon pulled the boys in the parade, mom was still a little sore from delivery to make the walk around the park :)

Charlie was all about Grandpa Bob after the parade...

Henry and Grandma Sharon getting their award!  $15 cash prize, not too shabby :)

Such a fun activity!  After the parade we went to Grandpa Art and Grandma Donna's house for chili beans and homemade caramel corn.  Perfect way to end our day!
